*Please see the stickers on the side of your brown charger box (not on the charger itself) for S/N (product serial number, 10 digits) and BSN (battery serial number, 13 digits). You can also see the SN at the bottom of your scooter and BSN on the battery pack (need to remove the foot deck using a hex driver).
